1. Information We Collect
When you use the app without signing in: Your sadhana data (jap count, daily logs, punya karma) is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect or transmit this data.
When you sign in with phone OTP: We collect your mobile phone number via Firebase Authentication. This allows us to sync your sadhana data securely across devices.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Sync your sadhana progress across devices
- Display your name and profile picture within the app
- Improve app performance and fix issues
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored securely using Firebase Authentication infrastructure by Google. Sadhana logs are stored on our servers hosted on Replit. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
4. Audio Content
Pravachan audio files are hosted on our servers. We may log which tracks you listen to (when signed in) to improve content recommendations. This data is not shared with third parties.
5. Voluntary Contributions
If you make a voluntary contribution via UPI, the transaction is processed entirely through your UPI app. We do not collect or store any payment information.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — for phone OTP sign-in
- Replit — for backend hosting
These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
7. Children's Privacy
Daily Sadhana is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
